I recently built your bonemeal farm for this farm. They both work great, and im very pleased, thanks! Also for anyone wondering I built this in version 1.20.4 java edition on a realm
ur farms are legit and works just as you described them! other youtubers like TheySix are such a clickbait the farms that theysix provide is barely working for me and the numbers are sooo clickbait they are way off, if it says 12000 logs pr hour or something in reality its like 7000 or something cuz items keep falling off the platform and not everything blows up and stuff. I highly recommend this channel as his farms is just what you'd expect. keep making farms
you should try them in another world, there are a few farm that work extremely well and as described TheySix said, I'm not a big fan or watch his channel often but sometimes I test the machines His farm is working well
It would be easier to see if you initially indicated the space required and then indicated where to install the wooden collection box when starting. Aside from that, thank you for making the video easy to watch.
Works VERY well on java 1.20.4 (singleplayer), 22 stacks of oak logs within a few minutes (and you will be flooded in saplings, started with 10 and went up to a few stacks already) Not sure yet which saplings work for this farm, as he only lists Oak and Birch.

Hey Kelp, hope this finds you well. I built this in my survival world would spruce and jungle wood works for the farm? Your examples were just oak and birch hence the question.
I don't know what it is about this farm, but it breaks constantly on the realm I'm on. Trees with branches spawn and shove the sides of the farm out, causing it to jam and me have to disassemble parts of the farm to fix it. Not sure what's going on
@KelpMC That's what I figured. I checked that they were in the correct spots a few times, but didn't notice anything wrong. I'll check again in a bit, make sure I'm not overlooking anything
I cleaned out the farm and took a look. For some reason, it seems that stripped logs occasionally get fully replaced whatever tree's logs I'm planting? Is it critical to the build to have birch stripped logs in particular? I used stripped spruce. Some of the leaves on the back of the farm also look to randomly disappear. After cleaning the farm out, I got it to work for about 30 sec before it jammed again (it had replaced one of the stripped logs with oak again)
@@NicolaxGo Not quite. After messing with it for a bit, I found that the vertical line of leaves around the grow chamber would randomly disappear, causing the pistons to not push the logs out, jamming the whole thing. Most times, just checking and replacing leaves would work, although I still have problems with branches spawning (maybe because said leaves disappeared). No idea how to fix, but it runs well enough between breaking to solve my wood problems for now. Will probably go elsewhere when I need wood more consistently, unfortunately
I made it exactly like yours. The fence gate is open, yet when I flick the lever, the TNT doesn't dupe. I took a look at it, everything is in place, but the TNT just doesn't fall.
I found out what is wrong I made the farm. The first time that I flick the lever, the TNT goes off. But the piston pushes the TNT forward, pushing the observer forward, breaking the farm. What can I do to fix this?
The tnt duper part doesnt work on 1.20.4, the dead coral fan keeps breaking even tho i placed everythin exactly like in the video, the fence gate is open and the rest of the farm works perfectly fine, what am i doing wrong?
It used to work fine for me, but since I’ve updated Minecraft to 1.21 I get several fps drops and stuttering while using the farm. Has anyone encountered the same issue?
can i replace the waterlogged leaves with obsisdian? im kinda too lazy to waterlog all of them and i rlly wanna use smth else blast resiestant, btw ur so much better than theysix
Don’t think this kind of information should be easy for viewers to find. Like in thumbnail, title or even in the description. Maybe at least in the beginning of the video
I built it perfectly and even checked everything before I powered it on , all the farm exploded hours of gathering resources and building goes for nothing. Thanks...
Hey friendo - just built this - but where you place saplings - that piston is not engaging to pussh the bottom most logs. Any help or how i can carefully dismantle to check instead of rebuild from scratch? rest of farm seems to be working well.
yes but leaves is the cheaper option so thats why everybody put leaves in the tutorial cuz if you saw obsi as a noob you wouldnt build the farm if you see waterlogged leaves you can always replace it to obsidian
Hey, I hope this isnt too late to ask questions, I've built this on a server, and in singleplayer, version 1.20.4 entirely vanilla, and have had branches generating in the farm (single block branches) this obviously breaks the farm as the logs generated push things to places they shouldnt be. i have double and triple checked that all stripped wood and leaves are correctly placed, and yet its still happening. is there a reason why this might be happening, have i missed something? (also noticed that the leaves on the back that update the clock are replaced by generated leaves, which are non-persistant, and after some time they decay and the farm will stop)
wiki: "Fancy oaks are less common and have a distinct look and different growth requirements. They often have branches, outgrowths of logs on the sides of the trunk, or even freestanding and surrounded by leaves. The sapling requires 4-14 blocks of open space directly above to grow (air or leaves only) but can otherwise be completely enclosed on all sides" 4-14 blocks is within the bound of what this farm makes available, however im not sure if 'fancy oak' is biome dependant or if the growth requirements are just surrounding block space
update: less than ideal fix is to put a solid block (not wood) at the top layer above the sapling and remove the top sticky piston. this lowers the tree hight, and makes the farm 30% less productive, but it does then still work.
I made the farm. The first time that I flick the lever, the TNT goes off. But the piston pushes the TNT forward, pushing the observer forward, breaking the farm. What can I do to fix this?
Bro, I did everything perfectly like you, but my dynamite blew up almost all the foliage, and a lot of the mechanism. I'm very angry. What can be wrong?
I understood what the problem was. When I plant seedlings, my trees don’t have time to grow before the last piston that pushes, because of this the dynamite explodes everything. I'm playing on a server, is this possible because of the server?
@@zlaparn2975 If the TPS (ticks per second) of the server is too low it could cause issues. Basically the game might be too laggy from excessive chunks/entities being loaded.
