Freelancer - Mission 04: Escape from Liberty

Juni has requested our presence on Manhattan. It sounded urgent. All of her friends in the LSF have disappeared. On top of that we met a thief who stole one of these active artifacts. A Liberty Naval officer interrupted our conversation and killed him right in front of us. We would have been next if Juni had not saved us. We need to get out of here and figure out what is going on.
NOTES: There are some very weird things happening in the cutscenes. Mostly NPCs will just randomly will spawn onscreen. This continues throughout the rest of the playthrough. I apologize if it is distracting. It probably has to do with the resolution I am playing in.
I'm using a few mods to make the game look better. Freelancer HD and some star fields from Ultimate Freelancer.
