I love the fly on the wall angles and perspective. It gives me tingles and makes me miss the every day nuances of nyc even more. I was a dog walker and food courier for a little while in Manhattan before covid hit and have met many doormen of all kinds of character. He reminds me a lot of my favorite doorman Freedman, he was so welcoming and easily likable, and really cared about his job and everyone who entered the building. I really appreciate raw filmmaking like this!! It’s so beautiful to see the spotlight on the humble and often overlooked workers in the big apple
What a beautiful father, a real gentleman, the BEST that humanity has to offer. Haitian people are AMAZING. When I was at Yale there were a group of Haitian students in my class. They were so brilliant and beautiful. I love to here Haitian Creole it's a simply gorgeous language. Their culture it's so rich very African. Haitians are hardworking and honorable people who do everything to lift their children up. Thank you for following this light of humanity. This started my day beautifully ♥️
