All these years Randy has been doing this amazing stuff and l only heard him for the first time in March, 2020. I've seen Hendrix come and unfortunately be taken, then there was Stevie Ray a different artist but had the spirit, put his own twist on things. Here and gone who knows what it is just so tragic. This left a hole in the soul and then to find this guy who has this amazing ability to look and sound and even play like Jimi's little brother. I got one question where and why has the music industry kept him hidden. He should have been front and center as great a musician as this guy is, what is wrong with these people? I'm truly grateful to have had the chance to re-experience Hendrix through Randy Hansen's music and showmanship. Thank you man for putting it all back together for us, you light it up man.
@Eli bookoff Randy is no millennial. And it's certainly not just some pale imitation. Hendrix himself said he wanted the music to live on; in any form, regardless of where it's coming from.
Remember seeing Randy at the Golden Bear in Huntington Beach. 1980. I deliver booze there. El Don Liquor Store on PCH at the Pier. He freaked that place out. Long time ago. Ran out the club. Playing guitar.
Randy Hansen ain't no joke.
