The richest performance I've seen of this. So much depth and detail. Can't say enough about this arrangement and performance, or about the Danish National Symphony Orchestra in general! Not to mention the vocalists. Just beautiful, and I love hearing a masculine voice accompanying the girl. And the backup choral singers. Everything makes this the complete performance!
I bet I’ve watched this video 30 times since it came out and I’ve gotten chills every single time Diluckshan starts his solo. What a fantastic work and beautiful iteration of this song. I’m sure I’ll watch it countless more times in the future.

So he murdered his father the emperor, told the Praetorian guards that Maximus killed the emperor so he could take his place instead of him to stop the rumor that his father already gave Maximus the keys to Rome and the whole empire.
