- This week’s Flower School LIVE brings Teacher Michelle Headrick AIFD PFCI FDI to the studio. The Tulip Team is busy preparing flowers for all the Portland Rose Festival parades: Starlight (Illuminated Bouquets), the Junior Parade (wrist corsages), and the Grand Floral (princess bouquets, coronation bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, and flowers for the equestrian courts. Yes, this is a busy week at FDI. Join us Wednesday, June 7th at 3:00 PT to talk all things parade!

Her arrangements are such splendid complements to the horses and their riders, and they are sturdy enough to sustain the horse movements as well.
