    Gosh, I don't know about certification in two weeks, but even the training is a blast. I own a PPC & a fixed wing. I wish I could breed them & see what I get.

      Powered parachutes and fixed wings are both cool. Two weeks is doable with a study ahead of time.

    The more I see videos like this the more I start wanting to get more into this. I've always been into aviation but never had any resources to really start. Plus I think I may be too old to start.

      You would be surprised at how old you can be and still learn to fly. It's more difficult as we age, but it's still possible for most people.

      Please see paramotor crashes for perspective. If the chute is slightly off center during takeoff thing go bad so quickly

    And where do you train?

    • @EasyFlight
      @EasyFlight  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I train in Greenville, Illinois and Dunnellon, Florida.

      No license would be great! Lucky you!
      That machine can actually take up two passengers for skydiving. I've never done it, but some military people have.

    There should be 3 seat models. 2 seats side by side in back. Couples would want to go together.

    • @EasyFlight
      @EasyFlight  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Nice comment.
      But that has been done. Unfortunately, the licensing of both the pilot and the powered parachute is a little complicated.

      @@EasyFlight do they make a 3 seater? I would like to get into this if there is.

      @@EasyFlight - Is the only difficulty with the license that you would need to have a Private Pilot Certificate and Basic Med versus having just a Sport Pilot Certificate?

    • @deanfowlkes
      @deanfowlkes ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I would love to see a three seat model with the two side-by-side seats up front. Do they make a model where the controls are on the rear seat or by hand toggles like a PPG?

    • @EasyFlight
      @EasyFlight  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Three seaters have been built, but it gets complicated. They can only be certified as experimental amateur-built. And then you would need a private pilot powered parachute rating, which is more difficult to earn than a sport pilot rating. (US rules, of course.)
