I got to try the beta of jumpcut academy back in late 2016. I remember thinking that the course had some legitimate advice that I started to use on my channel. But, I don't think I've ever taken a TH-cam advice course (I've taken 3 or 4 by now) that was worth more than $100. There's plenty of free help on TH-cam and I think there are a lot of better ways of spreading your formula of success than through internet video. Another hysterical video from Eddy.

I got an email from them yesterday asking why I didn't sign up for the academy and what my impressions were, and I responded truthfully: I didn't think it was necessary for me to pay $1,000 for stuff I could research for free. Like you said, no one has a SET formula for TH-cam success. Considering what their content was, I'm glad I didn't waste my money. Thanks again!
Oh man, the name Jump Cut Academy gave me flashbacks to an old Comedy Central show called Jump Cuts that got cancelled after 4 episodes. It was just a series of noteworthy short comedy films with video of men in suits jumping on pogo sticks in between. Good show.
