We have a Tahoe RST booked in February (same platform, different suspension tuning) and we're working on getting an Escalade as well!
+Truck Central What comparable Mercedes are you going to get for the same price as this Expedition?.........Yes, it's a $70k Ford and you can buy a Mercedes for that price. But, you're not going to get a COMPARABLE Mercedes for anywhere near $70k. And comparing the prices of a midsize luxury sedan's price to a full size(fully loaded) SUV is just idiotic.

Our 2016 expedition is averaging 18.1 miles to the gallon as of right now and I think our turbos are louder. But the one thing I do not like about the new 2018 Ford Expedition is that it looks too much like the Ford Explorer the Lincoln Navigator on the other hand is a very nice looking vehicle but the Expedition just is too much reminiscence of the Explorer

Looks like a solid offering, but the 3.5 is one of the worst-sounding engines ever. 5.0 would be a nice option
I have a 19 platinum expedition I think it so under power we took our first road it feels slower than slow the truck said 75 but feels 35 wife said why I was driving so slow and the brakes doesn't feel safe if I was in need in a vehicle at the time I think I won't get something else
A couple of things:
1. Why do people talk about the EcoBoost in the Expedition as if it's a new thing? It was in the previous gen for a few years (albeit a less powerful version).
2. If you want an Excursion-sized vehicle, that's what the Expedition Max is for. It's only 4 inches shorter.
3. I actually like the styling on the previous gen Expedition more than this one. I feel this one is trying to be too fancy looking and the front end looks like a wall with its huge overhang. At least the FX4 looks more down-to-earth with it's smaller, reasonably styled wheels.
This truck is sooo bland.
