I remember when they used to try (and often fail) to create the visual that fit the plot. Now the CGI crew comes up with a new visual effect that they can pull off, and they enslave the plot to the visual. This is how I feel about the prequel trilogy in Star Wars. So then he says “hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.” Very cool!
And then he says “hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.” Right...
And the he says “hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.” Please stop saying that.
And then he says “hello. My name is Inigo Montoya. You killed my father. Prepare to die.”
Ok -_-
harry vrentas “Good luck, storming the castle!”
Surely you meant the star wars prequels.
Agreed!
@@harryvrentas6359 repeating "hello, my name is inigo montoya. you killed my father. prepare to die" is tight
The "why"and "what" for Neo's voice was on point
- I don't know
- Fair enough
Gets me every time :)
3:23 there it is, was waiting for that
“So what’s the fight between Smith and Neo going to be like?”
“You ever seen Dragon ball Z?
“Ye-“
“It’ll be like that.”
Or like the Superman-Zod fight in Man Of Steel, if Man Of Steel was sponsored by Hot Topic.
The sentinel’s attack like the villains in Galaga
Galaga was much more entertaining.
"Descend and increase speed!"
YOU SHOULD DO A NAPOLEON DYNAMITE PITCH MEETING please
“It sounds like its going to be pretty hard for Napoleon to fix all of his problems”
“Actually, it’s going to be super easy, barely an inconvenience”
“Oh really?”
“Yeah he just dances all his problems away”
“How does he do that?”
“He literally dances”
This! And then do Shawshank Redemption!!
Travis Mcconnell I think that film is so close to flawless it’d be hard to do but I’d still like it, like the dark knight is my favorite film, and I love the pitch meeting for it
Travis Mcconnell
“How did he cover the hole with the poster?”
“I don’t know”
“I mean it seems like covering up a hole from the other side would be next to impossible”
“Yeah well, see, here’s the thing, I’m going to need you to get all the way off my back was about it”
“Okay, let me get off of that thing”
justanotherchannelonyoutube doesn’t he have the poster taped from the top so that it just goes back when he crawls through the whole?
- So what do you think?
- I think it's definitely a movie!
KKKKKKKKKKKKKK bom demais
"Filme"
why did you mix english com português do nada?
Ok então
@@pedrocastro703 entendi tb não
@@pedrocastro703 because.
0:53 JFC I literally have sore sides from all the laughing, good job on this one Ryan I think this is my fave one you have done so far. And I've watched so many Pitch Meeting sprinkled in between all the working. Just so much watching you can't even imagine!
"Fights in the rain are TIGHT!"
4:08 Call backs to other pitch meetings in the same universe is TIGHT.
Matrix 2:Reloaded, Matrix 3: Revolutions, Matrix 4 : Reboot
Honestly they should literally call it Reboot.
‘Matrix 4: Regurgitation’
Rebooted
@@dreday5880 Resurections.
close enough to the actual title
Just saw this again. And ‘so much talking, just so much talking’ is pure gold!
When I was a kid my dad showed me the first film and told me to trust him and never watch the sequels. Haven't watched them and still have this great image the first movie left
Your dad loves you very much.
I am extremely jealous of you. Don't EVER watch them, keep yourself pure!!
Eh, the second one is pretty good
Getting notifications of a new pitch meeting is tight 💜
Lines like “Who?” And “What?” 😂
Making a Matrix sequel was super challenging, pretty much an incovenience.
God damn it I just spent last 1 hr watching these pitch meetings, they're fricking amazing
That battle in Zion is awesome you can't change my mind
It's dingy crap, looks like a Burning Man festival swarmed by killer bees.
My powers of persuasion are undeniable. 🐝...😃
Watching pitch meetings during quarantine during is tight
Then Neo did a computer screen flip, snapped the Program's source code, and saved the day.
"Don't worry about it!" "Unclear!" That's some insane optimism right there. Also humans degraded from Neural Network to Batteries??!!
I remember this! Some executive decided 'neural network' was to hard a concept for the Matrix!
It was literally supposed to be a parable for "the internet", but the studio thought "the internet" was "too hard to understand" at the time. And here we are mocking the movie. On the internet.
3:41 "Wow. wow. wow. wow. wow. " I loved that lol.
Can't wait for the Matrix Resurrections pitch meeting this week!
“Well, I think it’s definitely a movie.” Accurate. That’s exactly how it felt.
I love that Zion fight with the Sentinels. I like when the Sentinels bunch up and they shoot them all. Something about it feels very satisfying.
He looked so disappointed when he heard the girl didn't make leprechauns 😂
Whoops
Sabalghoo whoopsie
These videos are the reason I'm sane this quarantine season!
I've watched The Matrix Trilogy dozens of times and I still have absolutely no idea what happened at 3:49 meant in both small and grand scale
glad that it was mentioned here
Please “Back to the future” please
Fun fact: A comedian's pitch meeting about Back to the future is what inspired him to do all these pitch meetings.
Yes, please! :D
@@strangewatch4315 John Mulaney?
It's a perfect movie. It can't be mocked. ;)
Causing people to crash into loads of manure is tight
The Matrix is like Highlander.
There can be only one.
@@ltdavissupremacy. In some ways better, in some ways worse, but are a guilty pleasure of mine.
NeonWhiteKnight Rider Reloaded, in my opinion is actually the weakest one of the trilogy
@@ltdavissupremacy. This is why I love the internet. You get to see and hear even the most bizarre and impossible tastes and opinions!
Stfu. All of them are great.
Eh, the anime was kinda interesting...
Brilliant as always, thanks for the lols. Can we please have a 'Contagion' pitch meeting?
I'm glad you were able to get to the office and pitch this during quarantine
2 wow wow wows?!!! This episode is blessed!
Its always a blessed episode
Love these, Ryan is getting us all though the apocalypse!
"Butttttt... it's raining now" hahahah
I love these pitch meeting they made me a laugh n also rethink the whole concept why the movie made in the first place.
I love these! You should do TROLL 2! (Nilbog, it's Goblin spelled backwards!)
Dune, Idiocracy, and Starship Troopers. I subscribed and liked as well. Love it. This channel is TIGHT.
Oh my god. This is so on point I'm dying😭😅😭😅😭🤦🏾♂️.
5:32 that ending killed me, like “Yee definitely a legitimate fear to have” lol
Being early is super easy, barely an inconvenience
Some awesome lines like: ‘why?’ and also er ‘what?’ In the neo voice is hilarious
Do momento!! And the Dexter series! And a Rob Schneider!!! I found this today and can’t stop watching!!!!!
“...so then he drowns!”
“Oh drowning in a cold ocean even though you have plenty of space on that piece of tree next to your loved one is tight!”
“Whoops.”
“Whoopsie.”
*Can’t wait for “Titanic: the Pitch Meeting”*
The only thing I can remember from titanic is the guy falling on the propeller and it took two vhs tapes to watch
@@BigBoi-fe7go lol what guy? I remember people falling off the deck and water flooding the room of an elderly couple :(
Vhs tapes - the good ol' days!
"I believe you will get your headlines Mr Ismay." - end of tape 1
my favorite is always "barely an inconvenience" and "wow wow wow wow wow" 🤣🤣
0:50OMGGGG 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣😭😭😭😭I'm so done💀💀💀Neo's gonna have some awesome lines like, uhhh...why and also, uhh what 👀
I loved it when producer guy gave an extra long pause between wows....
You are literally one of the most talented people on the internet!
"It's gonna be hard to find a series with enough episodes to bing watch during quarantine"
"It's gonna be super... hard, I finished all pitch meetings in like 2 days, this things are so addictive"
P. D. Give me more of this lies stories!
Hey do a pitch meeting for the 1998 Michael Bay movie, “Armageddon”
Studio Guy: “Oh explosions are TIGHT!”
Michael Bay (while having an orgasm after hearing the word “explosions”): “OHHHH YEAHHHH!”
That movie would have made 1/10th as much money if it weren't for Aerosmith and MTV...
Explosions, emotions and America is great. Pretty much sums up the movie.
"So why would they teach oil drillers how to be astronauts instead of teaching astronauts how to be oil drillers?"
"I don't know!"
"Whoopsie!"
Dogma Pitch Meeting!
2:43 Technically they are characters that we do care about, we just never really got to know them as much as we should’ve, right? Like Mifune the badass, Kid, and Jason Lock.
Best series on TH-cam. Two machine thumbs up!
"Well it's definitely a movie" 😂😂😂
That line absolutely got me! 🤣🤣🤣
Part 4 just needs a sky beam scene. Those are tight. 😎
Sky beams are 2010s.
"It's not going to affect things too much but it's going to look cool."
That is a very accurate review of Matrix Revolutions.
Still doesn't excuse how long it is though.
Which is funny because it's actually shorter than the other 2 movies.
I can't stop binging this videos. They're so tight.
These pitch movies are my absolute favorite thing on the Internet and pretty much the only thing on this channel that doesn't bore me to flatlining. I'd like to see Ryan take on video games - Fallout 76 would be perfect for a Pitch Meeting. And kudos to the person who suggested that Deadpool should say "Super easy, barely an inconvenience" in the next movie. Or better yet, say "hashtag Super easy, barely an inconvenience".
