Just a note: I realized when I manually start your videos, I double tap my screen to skip the first ten seconds. Takes me directly to your laugh and I don't feel like I miss anything.
I prefer Winnie the Pooh to Detective Mickey purely because I like knowing what’s going into my inkwell. I’ve seen some arguments that Winnie is worse because his ability is dependent on him questing so he has to survive drying but in all of the games I’ve played I think he’s only been removed while drying once. He quests for 2, and can be a Fishbone Quill on a character that advances your win condition. Plus he can ink repeatedly as opposed to Detective Mickey who can only use his ability once without being bounced and replayed. Also, he himself is inkable.
I think the decision between Pooh and Mickey is personal preference. Mickey might be the more consistent card in general because of the instant effect and you ink from your deck. But in some decks you rather want to ink from your hand than from your deck. For example when playing the 4 drop Steel Tiana with the itemlock ability.
With Steel Tiana yeah I would also play Pooh. But yes I agree it's a preference call, both have qualities that can make them better than the other, gamestate dependent =)
I lost the match because game 3 I only had uninkables. It was r/an against r/a. He had the play game one. But I took it and he won game 2. Game 3 was so close in the end but my tempo loss early made me lose to 17vs17 and he goat bounced goat to win. It was a great game otherwise.
because you can play captain hook thinking a happy thought on 2 with steel if you really need that early grab your sword. he has the perfect setup with forceful duelist, has challenger 3 and cant get challenged by small characters. mim doesnt offer anything other than a 2/5 body, her ability is almost useless because its just a 1 for 1 at best and shift always means you have to invest 2 cards, so its overall not that good on its own unless you can combo off or get a headstart out of it which mim doesnt offer.
Yeah Mim requires you to have had perfect curve - 1 drop - into snake - into mim, and her usefulness is pretty limited. I would also go with the Happy Thought Hook if i wanted the extra 5 cost songs singer
Thank you for busting out in song! As a singer myself, it brings my soul joy!

Definitely gonna try Ursula’s shell necklace out in my flute deck. Thanks for the rundown!
Cool to see meta changing even if “small” field of players
I gotta say, Let the Storm Rage On/Strength of a Raging Fire just keeps kicking your butt when you try to remember which is which. 😂
Oh you are absolutely correct. Don't worry, i'll get there. Old school subs remember my prnonounciation of Cerberus....

Jose Holguin has won 70+ tournaments in Los Angeles former mtg pro tour player I think he has 12 top 1k
Sorry if I wasn't clear, I meant for Lorcana events specifically, but that's still some great stats!
@@LorcanaVillain for Lorcana here cali
The top 4 ruby amethyst deck has 61 cards in it??
Good shout I missed that.
@@LorcanaVillain do you know the card that should be removed?
@@TrevMachinaVODs It was a deliberate choice! A few R/A Decks recently have been fine at 61.
@@LorcanaVillain I didn't know you can use over 60

Which deck took 1st place?
It was a split!
I do like Winnie better than Mickey. I almost always end up fishboning Mickey.
Fishboning Mickey 😂
Yeah defo a preference call!
O....O
Way too much steel in the meta right now ...
It's taking over for sure
Why does no one run the Shift Mim, she shifts on 3 and can sing GYS.

Hook is shift 3 as well. Hook is good, but Uninkable. I believe mim is inkable, and her exert power is cool @@FlyAwayTooHighToday
