Why is this hack different from the usual one ? Is it a different mario series altogether ? M confused ...back then never saw or got to play this in my childhood ...

By the way, you need to collect every coin in world 5-3 to spawn a 1-up mushroom to pass the barrier.
I think World 5-4 is the last level, because World 6-1 is pretty inaccessible.
