I'm not 4 minutes into the video and I realize that you have more ammo for the handguns than usual. Is it due to that nightmare mode grants you more ammo? And for nightmare mode only, does it increase the amount of upgrades you can put on your guns? As in over 30 permanent upgrades?

Yes this nightmare mode grants us more ammos,but it doesn't increase the amount of upgrades.
