In 2016 I worked as a dishwasher in a high end restaurant. a lot of the Green Bay Packers players ate there during the football season. very expensive. we served a very expensive Mac N Cheese. it was made with Gouda. have you ever ate Gouda Mac N Cheese? if yes, did you like it? Gouda cheese was very widely used in that restaurant.
I have had Gouda including in Mac & Cheese. I do like it. Unfortunately, I never had a cheese I didn't like! Green Bay is in Wisconsin, the cheese capital of the U.S.A. of course there is a lot of different cheeses in everything! LOL! Thanks Richard!
Richard if someone asked me what's the best cheese for mac n' cheese, I'd say Gouda. I'm lazy, so I never actually made mac n' cheese at home. But I read online that's what you should do. Thanks for leading us in the right direction. But maybe they're not getting the information.....Working at a deli, we get asked, "what cheese should I buy for homemade mac n' cheese?" I ran home and looked online; it said "Gouda" I pushed it at the deli, but is it really? Love my Richard Santy
I know the one in Florida has one. I'm not really sure about Las Vegas at this point. The Mirage had it's Cravings Buffet which is still there but not open so Hard Rock is really set up to dust off the tables and get it going! Thanks Dan!
Hey Jeff, I have a recommendation! Next time you are in Atlantic City and in the mood for some authentic Mexican food - you Have to try El Charro (2430 Fairmount Ave, Atlantic City, NJ 08401) I promise you won't be sorry. Not far from the Trop. OMG the chicken flautas!!!
Greatest eating is found outside the casinos. Why chow down here when real food is found at Angelo's on Fairmount and Angeloni's on Arctic, Frank and Deans place and where the "fella's" eat. and again Tony';s Baltimore on Atlantic. Local Treasure.
@@ginny3219 when was the last time you ate there. You are in the extreme minority with that opinion. With so many options if the joint did suck,it would be out of business.
â@davidwadsworth8982 there are so many better places to eat. We ate there about 6 months ago. I live in turnersville. We have a lot of really good Italian restaurants there.
Good review. Not impressed at all with the buffet. Way too expensive. Where's the fried seafood or burger sliders? Didn't see any good Italian either? Horrible buffet.
Im in AC at least 6 times a year and the buffet is one of my go to restaurants hands down

Itâs not a bad buffet. Not enough variety and nothing special.
