Fun explore as always, Ethan! Too bad that house is going. ☹ It's in pretty good shape. No mold, water damage or peeling paint and the rooms are spacious. Love the staircase and tile floors.
Hello Ethan I'm Liz from Sydney australia.i really enjoy following you on your explorations of so many amazing properties. . You seem like an awesome guy and I must say Ur extremely good looking tooo 😍❤️ xxx
I really appreciate how humble and enthusiastic you are about documenting these homes. You are my favorite explorer! I always look forward to your next video!
I love these videos. It is so interesting to me to see the basements. I live in Texas and we don't have them. I vaguely remember the 70's as a kid, but this would have been a great house back then!
Yet another cool one Ethan. You’ve filmed so many really nice homes and to know that most of them are now gone or soon to be gone disturbs my heart. This one really liveable with a few updates but the busy road just kills it. Always love those staircases and I prefer the older light fixtures as opposed to newer modern ones. Love the room with the brick fireplace. Nice big rooms everywhere. There were probably some huge delicious family meals coming from two kitchens. I hate to see family stories erased by premature destruction. Hopefully family members have pictures and many great memories. Thanks for sharing Ethan. Be sure to take care be well and stay safe!
You’re so right, premature destruction” Isn’t going to win points with the new versions of what would be considered better,Many of Ethan’s places he’s discovering are fine to still use, needing only a few repairs/little updates. It’s the new real estate quotes that varies the longevity of places because after demolition some places, areas would be vacant for a while anyway.
Thank you Ethan for documenting and sharing these beautiful homes that are being sacrificed for the sake of progress! Keep up the great work! Stay safe!❤
Absolutely stunning. Loved the blue tile floor in the Bathroom. Your actions always show you are genuinely a great person. Stay you. Thanks for another great house. Sad as always that it will be gone.
First, I loved the bird that was singing in the beginning very cheerful 😁 Loved the flooring with the orange flowers, the downstairs blue bathroom ( a walk in shower- easier than a tub for older people, handicapped people, overweight people) and the master bath 😊😊 Nice house! Thank you for sharing Ethan 😊 did you make it into other part of basement ?
i miss watching you Ethan ,Here in Wisconsin ,i have been dealing with a couple days of winter storm .I love hearing the birds chirping . reminds me of spring 🌼 🌱 i always not a fan of buit in ice maker in the refrigerator ,reason why was because it was expensive to fix an it kept breaking down . they might make them better nowadays ..Thank you Ethan for taking all us with you on this house adventure ❤i hope you had a great Easter 🐰🐣🐰 eith your family
Love the unending reto of this house. From the floor tiling to the way cool Staircase. Love it. I'm sure that the family who lived here had a great time in this house. Were you able to find the other basement? Another fantastic job filming this awesome as always. Take Care & Stay Safe. Peace out.
Thank you Ethan for the explore. Great old house. I would bet a wonderful family time was enjoyed here. Cool tile work. Blessings to you. Stay safe and healthy.. 😁❤🤗
Hi Ethan how beautiful the staircase is! The floor looks amazing ya so lucky to be there ye "the Italians do it better " 🥰 love a coloured bathroom. 💙 not sure about the laundry in the kitchen oh two kitchens! Wow the other bathroom.. Thanks for showing.🦘.
Beautiful house Ethan...all the workmanship that went into building it ,now its gonna be torn down🤷♀️....senseless....thanks Ethan stay safe well and happy 💋
What a waste destroying these classic old gems. Yeah, they're dated but I love the individual touches and the out-of-datedness makes them unique. Make way for some dull, monochrome, gray, soulless smart home.
Secretly, Ethan's intention is to come pay respect to all the fallen members of the Canadian mafia "Look at where Gino "the hammer" Carecelli is now" 😂
@@tomasviane3844 Crime boss is a vague term though. It's like "company's boss", there is nothing indicating if it's the little local operation or the business with international ramifications.
The exterior of the home looked more authentic when it came down to being somewhat extravagant but the inside look pretty generic to me. I thought there would be more detailing in throughout the home but like you said, in 79 that was a different time and space so this home was probably a pretty costly home to begin with anyways but thank you for sharing take care Ethan and be safe🫶🏻🤠
Ethan, elderly people have trouble stepping over the side if a bathtub to take showers. They also have trouble lowering themselves down into a bathtub to take baths due to arthritis in knees and hips.
Ethan, Wish you could start a business doing periodical auctions for some of these grand places a certain amount of times to give people a chance to make an investment, or have an excellent chance to use them again. The wild fingers of fate always come s too soon on many of these beauties ✅👍🤩😁❣️❣️❣️Thanks again for the treasure hunt 👍
I love your videos, but wonton destruction of perfectly good homes really makes me upset, so…I’ll try to hang in. All that money spent, and they put in cheap windows. I can’t make that make any sense. The blue bathroom has a shower because many elderly people can’t step into and out of a bathtub. It’s hell being old, believe me.
You have shown this one before as remember it I thought it was familiar now that you have gone upstairs and the possibility of door slamming shut on you because you you figure out how to get to the mini indoor balcony
I think this place was changed and updated. Entirely white walls is more modern. My grandma had a home in the 1970's and it had some crazy looking wallpaper in every room. Family came in and got rid of the wallpaper and painted all white walls throughout. But possibly the flooring is the same in there.? Not sure. I know there were more patterns and designs on the past flooring, than in recent years. That "border" wallpaper at the top of the kitchen, is probably from the 1990's. That's when that was popular. Don't think that was even invented in the 1970's yet.
The original owners children actually reached out to me yesterday. I asked them if anything had changed and they told me exactly as it sits in this video is how it was when they built it give or take some appliances here and there.
@@ethanminnie That's amazing that you heard from them. Then it was very modern for it's time. My Grandparents apartment building was built in 1907 and had undergone many wallpaper changes over the years, and other changes/updates. I don't know why people don't leave things "as is" unless something was wrong & it had to be fixed.
It’s funny that whenever you profile an Italian establishment you say that it’s a crime family or mobster house. Didn’t know if you were aware that you are stereotyping. Minor, but I’ve noticed

Love the blue tile in bathroom. 😊
If it is untouched since 1979, how is it a flat screen tv is there? They weren't introduced until 2005?
It says untouched. Not left abandoned since 1979. Huge difference.
@@ethanminnie Thank you for the explanation. I didn't realize that.

Such a nice house to be left abandoned and going to get demolished
Hi Ethan❤

The fridge is from the 80’s
I'm sure the Blue bathroom had blue tub, sink & toilet. Somewhere along the lines tub was replaced by walk-in Shower as was white Sink & Toilet👍🏽
Good job Ethan.
Who else is always terrified someone will walk in on him doing these videos? I would be scared to death!😯

So cool Ethan
Are there Birds in this House OR is it a Chirping Alarm System 😅
That's exactly what I was wondering.

Too bad, nice house here
It's Nice big house 🏠🏠🏠 you too.
Vary good looks like the type of house that was meant to last a long time buy the way it was constructed.... shame that it will be knocked down
Why don’t they just auction off these homes
Is that bird in the house?
