I don’t see the slightest bit of interest in digging through some persons shit that they left behind lol. I understand other explorers have their thing and if that’s what they’re into then so be it, but if I wanted to look at a bunch of random stuff I’d go to a flea market.
If watching someone dig through trash looking for dirty underwear is your thing, your the 1%. The rest of us came for the house. Design and architecture of what was and could be.
Dang, now THAT’s a mansion! I’ve never seen so many bathrooms in one single family residence, no waiting for someone to finish there. Very high quality custom home, what a shame it’s going to be torn down!
Canadian developers, I am starting to really, really dislike them for demolishing so many of these charming abodes... It's not like those are structurally unsafe, or something 😮💨
This is an extraordinarily beautiful house! Love the original hardwood floors and that magnificent staircase. Even the front entrance is fabulous! I can't imagine living in a place with all that space! What a shame it's going to be torn down. 😞
This place is so gorgeous. It's a huge shame to tear it down. You could move in and have to change almost nothing. Thank you Ethan. You outdid yourself with this one. But then; you always have great finds.
I love all your videos keep doing what your doing your sniffling doesn’t bother me at all I have allergies I’m always have the sniffles are sneezing some people have nothing better to do but say stupid things ❤️
The way you greeted that duck gave me Mrs. Doubtfire with the frosting on the face vibes! Hellooo 🤭 For me, i think the flooring, wood railings, & doors were truly the stars in this place. The stone in the bathrooms (and the raised areas) were pretty special too. Thanks for the tour, Ethan!
Ethan, your comments on these houses is just amazing. I look forward to each new video. It amazes me that people would snark at you about sniffles. I hadn't even noticed until you mentioned it. I wish people weren't so pathetic that they spend their time ragging on you. Keep exploring!
Hey Ethan! ✌🏻 Oh my I love the bathrooms, the designs on the walls 😲👀 I absolutely love those custom drapes! The home is big and spacious 👀 The wood work is phenomenal ! Love the entrance, I can’t believe this home is empty! How sad I think elderly people lived there too. Awesome sun room with a gas grill. The house has so many rooms, big basement too
This has got to be one of my favorite explores you’ve ever done. I cannot believe the quality and craftsmanship, along with a lot of original furnishings. It is just truly beautiful. I felt a warm presence from this home and I would like to imagine what it looked like when it was lived in. Absolutely broke my heart to see the kitchen gutted because I really wanted to see the original. Also breaks your heart that it’s abandoned because it is just truly stunning. Watching these videos is so bittersweet because you just wish you knew what it was like before. If only walls could talk…
And go with my last, I’ve never seen textured granite or marble before that was absolutely beautiful. I’ve never seen that in all my life and thank you for sharing that.❤😊
It reminds me of The Colbys home from the program The Colbys a spin off from Dyansty. The Colbys ran from 1985 to 1987 on ABC. I am ready to see Jason and Sable to walk around the house.
What a beautiful house. I so love the style where the stairs are in the center of the house and all the other rooms (up & down) surround the outside of the staircase (and this one is STUNNING!) You know, I’d be afraid to even attempt to build my own home because I love so many different floor plans/styles, I don’t think I could be relied on to make decisions! 😂😂 But on thing I do know is I’d really want a house with some 80’s/90’s architecture character. I love “the detail’s” Thank you for showing us this amazing house Ethan!
WOW, What an Imaculate Home, Thank You Ethan for sharing this with us. Ethan, You are an EXCELLENT Narrator, Thank You for taking Your time to do so. Keep Up The Good Work Ethan!
Much of the eighties are influenced by the music too...the left over Disco stuff! And of coarse our runway models like Christy Brinkley and our Jazzersize stuff! Love your video!
Beautiful house. the room with the huge chandelier and curtains to the second floor ceiling is the formal dining room and the big front room would have been the living room. Thanks!
What a fantastically beautiful house. I love the staircase with the beautiful chandelier. The entrance area with the large columns is stunning, it's so sad that this beauty is being demolished. Thanks for another fantastic exploration and great video, Ethan. Take care, stay safe and have a fabulous week. 😊🥰
I would definitely say an elderly or disabled person lived there as there was one of those walk in baths in the bathroom off the main bedroom. Such an incredible home!
The wooden floors in the mid-level were amazing. They had wood pegs instead of nails holding them in place. That is a true form of quality. What a great location. Well done & solid. Thanks for sharing!
Notice the open area around the house, useful to see anyone approaching the house. Surprised not to see the remains of security cameras, alarm system for a crime bosses home.
what a shame it most likely will be demolished. awesome house man! and awesome explore too! thanks ! 😀 I wonder if they couldn't sell it because of the stigma attached to it? I wouldn't care. if I had those kind of bucks, I'd move in for sure! no hesitation
Such a beautiful spacious house. I loved the stained glass windows at the entrance. I think the room that you referred to as an office may have been for an elderly person because they bathroom had a helping aid over the toilet. Although it’s a shame that the house is going to be demolished it was good that you got to see it before that happens and show your viewers. Thank you for the video.
I love this house, it's so hard to imagine it's getting torn down, heck remodel, if you need more space, don't see how add on. As for the sniffles no worries I have allergies I pay no attention to it, people can be goofy ignore them.
Gorgeous house and such a shame its to be torn down. Don't normally like dark tiled bathrooms but really did like that one. Sone really nice touches throughout the house.
I am in love with this place. I would love to buy a couple of the wall sconces. Thank you Ethan. There was a beautiful area run th the main entry. Amazing find. God bless and please stay healthy and warm. Great find!! 😁❤🤗
Beautiful mezzanine! Edit: This home is so much more subtle than the last mobile home house tour I saw. I was hoping you were going to check the bands on the back of the necktie to see if it was an expensive one!
Funny that such a bid, expensive place was actually pretty plain inside. The sunroom was awesome but the rest just kinda colorless. Still a shame to see it destroyed. The lights in the first bedroom are 1920s Art Deco, I could almost see the Flappers!
What a beautiful house. Quality built and well maintained. Obviously built to last but unfortunately I guess it will not. Beautiful wood in floors and staircase and trim. Spacious rooms. Surprised only four bedrooms but I guess that’s all they needed. Very nice basement and bar. Was there a pool? Love that crystal chandelier at top of stairs. I wonder if there is a better way than to destroy so many 40ish yo homes. Such a waste to destroy so many resources, wood, bricks etc and all of the craftsmanship. Maybe they could save some of the land around the house and save the house and just build fewer new homes laid out in a tasteful way. But those greedy ones aren’t happy unless they squeeze the homes as close to one another laid out in row upon unattractive row. Thanks Ethan for sharing this lovely explore. Take care be well and stay safe!
Ethan this is absolutely a breath taking gorgeous home It breaks my heart to know and hear that it’s going to be gone, those doors are probably solid oak doors just as an FYI because it looks like whoever owned this house had it designed spared, no expense specially at the time it was built it just really breaks my heart but thank you for sharing and I hope they can salvage some of the things that are still intact in this home and reuse and repurpose it take care and be safe🫶🏻🤠
I love this masterfully crafted home! It is exquisite in every detail, and in impeccable condition! Everything is so incredible, I don't think I could pick just one favorite aspect or element. It is a complete travesty that it would be destroyed!😧 It is an amazing find! ✌️
2:23 At last, a 80s mansion where the prom staircase was properly implemented. they fit only with spacious hallways, leading to contiguous rooms on the left and right, and repeating the same floor plan distribution on the second floor. 3:26 I love these art deco light fixtures, they look so retro futuristic! Tell me somebody is going to salvage them, Ethan! 😢 7:30 This view on the living room is so stunning! Then again, well executed, you can see the big budget was put into interior design features like this. I usually pan 80s McMansion for trying to look more grand than they actually are, but this one is beyond reproach! 10:10 Wow! Radical crash zoom, Ethan! You made a great deal out of this nothingness lmao 13:25 Unfortunately, Jesus doesn't repel developers, they're the kind of demons he can't do anything against =/ 13:42 Maybe the elderly resident (father of the crime boss?) had a leaking bladder or was incontinent? It would explain why there are so many bathrooms, at least he was covered when it comes to emergency situations! My place of choice for end visit lounging: the landing of the flight of stairs. Great view, just getting to sit in front of the guy I am speaking to while eating snacks or playing card game before leaving =) The bar is the other great choice.
Hi Ethan. I really like watching your videos of abandoned homes. It's sad that they have to be left like that. I look forward to your videos and if people have a problem with your sniffles, they have more issues than I can think of. Don't go into those houses that have trash and look like they're about ready to fall down on you. I don't want you to get hurt. be very careful okay.
Hello Ethan, what a gorgeous home love the staircase and that back porch that’s built in that’s pretty nice. I’m sure it was really beautiful back in the day. I can’t believe they’re tearing it down so sad .
Been watching you forever. You’ve recently gotten faster and faster with the video that I’m literally getting seasick. Maybe you could slow it down a little bit? Love this house. I’m going to hang in and try to finish watching. All the best. ❤
This is a fortress!... But the basement has its issues. This is a big enough place, but billionaires want to buy up properties. To much wealth can turn some into control freaks. You’ve shown many places that could live a few more lives! But you give them grace before going. Many lives probably had money issues before the situations catapulted out of hand. Thanks always, and it’s pretty cold up there, sometimes people move away to go to warmer areas.Take care, bring a muffler, knitted scarf along if you get too cold 🥶👍❣️
Hi Ethan This house is certainly spectacular. The people who owned it took good care of it. I mean it is so clean especially those bathtubs, sinks and even the toilet bowls. I just saw this house on another channel and it was stated, this was the house of a baker, who retired and started a business with his wife. Now its a crime boss house, good grief lol.
Love that you focus on the actual house and NOT pick though trash they left behind. Thank you!
I don’t see the slightest bit of interest in digging through some persons shit that they left behind lol. I understand other explorers have their thing and if that’s what they’re into then so be it, but if I wanted to look at a bunch of random stuff I’d go to a flea market.
Well some of us like it when they dig through the trash
The stuff people leave behind is the best part. It tells the story of who lived there and why they left.
If watching someone dig through trash looking for dirty underwear is your thing, your the 1%. The rest of us came for the house. Design and architecture of what was and could be.
It’s a darn shame that a beautiful house like that is sitting empty and waiting to be demolished. Absolutely stunning.
Dang, now THAT’s a mansion! I’ve never seen so many bathrooms in one single family residence, no waiting for someone to finish there. Very high quality custom home, what a shame it’s going to be torn down!
They're tearing down that BRICK HOUSE? I think I'm going to be sick!🤢🤧
Absolutely disgusting waste of building responsibility and resources! 😡
Black rock investments don't care. This is why you personally chose who you're investing with.
I hope they save some of the light fixtures in that place! Those art deco lights are awesome!
It makes me so sick to see homes like that go to waste
Canadian developers, I am starting to really, really dislike them for demolishing so many of these charming abodes... It's not like those are structurally unsafe, or something

Ethan, I am so in love with this house! How can they tear it down? Money greed. Amazing video, thank you!🧡🏘🏡
This place is so gorgeous.

It's absolutely stunning. What a shame to destroy such a beautiful piece of history. Thank you, Ethan, for sharing your passion.
Just want to say congratulations Ethan I have watched you for years and you have come a long assed way. ✌🏻😊. Proud of you.
And go with my last, I’ve never seen textured granite or marble before that was absolutely beautiful. I’ve never seen that in all my life and thank you for sharing that.❤😊
What a beautiful home in its day, still is...what a shame to tear it down
It reminds me of The Colbys home from the program The Colbys a spin off from Dyansty. The Colbys ran from 1985 to 1987 on ABC. I am ready to see Jason and Sable to walk around the house.
The Colbys mansion was even more luxe then the Carringtons mansion...
Loved this video Ethan! I love the 60s-80s houses!!
Beautiful house!! Also, Ethan it's just fine if you have the sniffles!! We all do at some point! 😂😊👍
What a beautiful house. I so love the style where the stairs are in the center of the house and all the other rooms (up & down) surround the outside of the staircase (and this one is STUNNING!) Love your videos. Thanks I can sometimes envision myself. So interesting how they go on and on.
I'm glad that you both are exploring together. Just worry about your safety.
Honestly, I really like this old pad, it's cool & has soul . . .
This one was really good. Thanks for sharing. Much love to you ❤😊
That’s a beautiful, spacious home!! Loved it!! 💖💖💖💖💖💖
Absolutely gorgeous.. bet it was amazing when first built. Sad it's going to be demolished 😢
13:22 "There he is..." Idk why, but that made me lol 😆
What a fantastically beautiful house. I love the staircase with the beautiful chandelier.
The entrance area with the large columns is stunning, it's so sad that this beauty is being demolished.
Thanks for another fantastic exploration and great video, Ethan. Take care, stay safe and have a fabulous week. 😊🥰
Such a well cared for home. I hope they salvage everything possible from that house. Those doors are expensive!
Ethan I always enjoyed watching your videos 👍❤️😎
Beautiful classic home. It’s massive. Thanks for sharing.
I would definitely say an elderly or disabled person lived there as there was one of those walk in baths in the bathroom off the main bedroom.
Such an incredible home!
Would have totally stole those valances. Reminds of the old GM Futurliner. So cool.
The wooden floors in the mid-level were amazing. They had wood pegs instead of nails holding them in place. That is a true form of quality. What a great location. Well done & solid. Thanks for sharing!
Another great find. Thanks for sharing. Watching from east Tennessee.
Awesome find Ethan 😎
Notice the open area around the house, useful to see anyone approaching the house. Surprised not to see the remains of security cameras, alarm system for a crime bosses home.
There were lots of cameras on the outside, and an alarm system inside, but the power has been cut, and they no longer work
Went back through the video, got em' thanks. Great video.@@ethanminnie
I can’t believe my eyes what I seeing right now what a beautiful house so nice I love this😍
I cant believe this will be destroyed. This mansion is still livable.Breaks my heart.
We just watched Goodfellas at our local drive-in last night. This definitely has that vibe!
Another awesome video bro! ❤️👍🤘
A real beauty Ethan. Love it. Titanic staircase. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
One of my favorites! It’s my 80’s era! Thanks Ethan.
what a shame it most likely will be demolished. awesome house man!
and awesome explore too! thanks ! 😀
I wonder if they couldn't sell it because of the stigma attached to it?
I wouldn't care. if I had those kind of bucks, I'd move in for sure! no hesitation
Just shows more money than cents!! I LOVE this house!! How could anyone leave a home like that!! ❤❤❤
This is such a clean house just to be torn down, just another sad story of a beautiful home going to be lost! Thanks for sharing.❤
Such a beautiful spacious house. I loved the stained glass windows at the entrance. Gorgeous house and such a shame its to be torn down. Don't normally like dark tiled bathrooms but really did like that one. Sone really nice touches throughout the house.

Beautiful mezzanine!
Edit: This home is so much more subtle than the last mobile home house tour I saw.
I was hoping you were going to check the bands on the back of the necktie to see if it was an expensive one!
Would you not apologize. Everybody gets a sniffles when it gets cold! You do a very good job and everything you do thank you for taking us along 😊
When you were in the room after the kitchen the was a corner shelf that has a beautiful vase on it I wish you would have gotten a close up to it 😊
Funny that such a bid, expensive place was actually pretty plain inside. The sunroom was awesome but the rest just kinda colorless. Still a shame to see it destroyed. The lights in the first bedroom are 1920s Art Deco, I could almost see the Flappers!
This is one gorgeous house!!
Elevator that leads to a bathroom...odd to say the least...
The room off the front door with a full bath was probably used by an elderly grandparent who couldn't climb stairs. Beautiful. Such a shame.
Very nice house. Hope they would save all the wood doors. Thanks for the tour.
What a beautiful house. Quality built and well maintained. Obviously built to last but unfortunately I guess it will not. Beautiful wood in floors and staircase and trim. Spacious rooms. What a beautiful house thanks for sharing
So sad to think that such beautiful things are going to be destroyed! Thanks Ethan for showing us yet another great old house. Such a shame though.
so sad another one is going down . Thanks for sharing . ❤❤❤ Stay safe love ya
Wow what a house beautiful. Love this. Thanks for this video
another great video
Don't worry about the negative comments Ethan. Only think the best of you.
I don’t want it torn down 😢😢. It’s beautiful. How sad they want to take it down
I love this house , I would loved to have seen the kitchen before it was taken apart .
It’s gorgeous!
What another amazing video 😊can’t wait for the next one

Hello Ethan, what a gorgeous home love the staircase and that back porch that’s built in that’s pretty nice. I’m sure it was really beautiful back in the day. I can’t believe they’re tearing it down so sad .
You need to buy this house it doesn't need much but painting.

The marble floor in foyer is crazy shiny
I think the word you're searching for is 'buffet' 16:20 They've repurposed it for kitchen duty in the sunroom.
Love your videos ethan too bad that developers have to demolish such beautiful buildings
Hi Ethan
This house is certainly spectacular. The people who owned it took good care of
it. I mean it is so clean especially those bathtubs, sinks and even the toilet
bowls. That bar in the basement was cool. That safe that Carlo showed us was
really big. The fact that it was hidden could mean they were hiding drug money
they don’t want the IRS to know about.
This house is like a palace and it’s sad to know it’s going to be demolished by
as you said greedy developers. It just a big waste.
I liked those 4 garages and it has an elevator. Some disabled person must have
lived there to have an elevator. It’s a lovely home Ethan and I thank you for
sharing it with us. Keep up the good work we all love.
Stay safe and well.👍🆒😢
26:45 a WEG HAT???WEG is a brazilian electric motor and tranformer brand what a Brazilian hat is doing in this mansion?
It’s beautiful. I love it. ❤
I just saw this house on another channel and it was stated, this was the house of a baker, who retired and started a business with his wife. Now its a crime boss house, good grief lol.
