I have mature, combo skin. I used my Beekman 1802 Milk Tint primer and it worked well. I set it with the Charlotte Tilbury Flawless Airbrush powder (the white one) and set it with the CT setting spray. It was humid down in South Texas. Did very well.
It does look absolutely beautiful on you but you are stunning without any foundation/makeup on! 🥰 I have combo leaning oily skin and other reviews with similar type says thumbs down. Turned them into an oil slick and felt sticky even with setting. At $58 this is a big pass for me! That is more than Dior and equal to Givenchy for pricing 👎🏻
10/10 for you lovely for going straight out and buying the right shade so your shade twins can buy the right one, I'm a perfect match for Tania. B. Wells skin tone. Anyway I'm hoping to get this myself soon but I'm still struggling with my skin allergy at the moment, I've literally had to stop all my Retinol and Glycolic treatments for the moment and I can't tell you how upset I am and annoyed with myself, anyway aww it was so lovely seeing Miss Evelyn I showed the little clip to my hubby and he was like she's sooo cute aww. Thank you, gorgeous 🥰 🌟

This is the first review in which the foundation actually looks good. My conclusion so far: this is nice for dry skin, not for other skintypes. For me, normal/combo, I think it will be way too glowy. Looks good on you, Patty ❤
The foundation looks gorgeous. They have to be joking on not using any skin prep before foundation. However it did look stunning as it claims. Will definitely try it.
I thought before powdering it down the foundation showed so much skin texture where you don't usually ever have it, definitely a miss from me. The packaging is lush though!
Please, can you do a comparison with the Pat sublime foundation 🙏 (my holy grail) 😍 I have dry skin and love the satin glowy finish and lightweight texture of Pat’s.
I actually tried to sample of this and I am oily to combo skin and I got 11 golden which I’m a match with you and it was the perfect color on my skin tone so maybe 11 G. I used it without a primer and I didn’t get very very oily for the whole day so maybe a winter foundation wouldn’t wear this in the summertime but I could use modifying primers and get away with it.
PORE-CLOGGING. Let’s talk about the ingredients and the elephant in the room which is it has some pore-clogging ingredients. I have not found that is non-comedogenic. If your skin is acne-prone skin I suggest that you look at the ingredients 💕
I was not excited for the new Patrick Ta foundation. None of his products are good. The blushes I bought in a hype frenzy has hard panned within the first 3 months! I had no expectation of his foundation to be good at all.
I don't think this works on oily skin, it looks so oily and greasy, and the reviews by oily skin youtubers were not great unless you use a lot of mattifying products with it. But for dry skin it seems way better especially with all the oils and emollient ingredients, very glowy for sure.
I always have to laugh at people raving over the packaging..it goes in the bin like cheap packaging!! The only time we should get excited about packaging is if the company takes it back (maybe for some points towards a free product) and Recycled the bottle...maybe wash it, sterilise it and refill it!! Then packaging might be important, but who cares if its glass or plastic if it all goes in the bin and then into landfil!!!😢😢😢

Hard pan is fixable and can be prevented. Using dirty, unwashed brushes is main reason why that happens 🤷🏽♀️

For that price you shouldn't have to fix hardpan. Drugstore blush doesn't hardpan so I'd expect luxury priced blush not to hardpan.
