This is one of the most unique videos I have ever put together as this unit was videoed from the street and up in the sky on a heavy recycle route. I hope you all enjoy!

Love the drone shots
did you have a mic mounted onto the truck? where, if so? very interesting to hear the mac valves operating so loudly for every function change, always enjoy the rare occasion that it can be heard from the street. amazing looking truck though. quite impressed with how well those Otto lid stops worked compared to those on every other cart. also such a motivated, skilled operator and terrific camera work on your part. how many amreps do they have now? and any FLs?
The mic (action camera) was mounted curbside to the truck which allowed for syncing the audio from it to the drone. It was mounted behind the air valve of the unit. Thank you for the praise, it has taken a lot of practice. City is no longer buying Amrep units, they did not work well for them. They own 2 and itll be the only they purchase. The city has 12 CCC New Way Sidewinders now arriving.

Awesome gift! Lol. I am not a fan of 520 amreps but Scottsdale knows how to make anything good! Love the arm speed and how it just slams the lid stops. Glad they got a candy cane arm and not a N3. The drone shots were awesome. Absolutely love the pink carts to. Happy holidays and new year.

Awesome video! Safe to say I've never seen a garbage truck video with drone shots, I don't think one even exists besides yours! This goes down as one of my most favorite garbage truck vids ever!

What a great gift!!! Been excited to see these trucks on route! Looks incredible in the yellow and I was definitely impressed with the arm speed. Thank you for the comment! I think overall he likes the unit, it’s a different change of style no doubt. The hopper cover is unique to Arizona cities as Phoenix was the first to began implementing it.
This might be my top favorite video from you. All of the clips from above were so cool and such a great idea! It’s like an updated version of GoPro hopper footage! Another speedy Amrep in a city other than Phoenix. Phoenix Amreps are so slow compared to the ones in surrounding cities. I hope to see more drone footage in the future!! A great municipal organization with top notch staff no doubt, and they’ve had this style paint scheme since the 80s which is even cooler

Pretty sweet gift dude! You can never go wrong with a fast Amrep as long as you have the right guy behind the wheel. The ariel footage was extremely unique especially when the truck was packing out. Would love to see a GoPro video of it as well if possible. The hopper cover, the "Amrep" cutout on the bumper, as well as the fact it isn't an N3 to add a great touch! Happy holidays!
