I missed this - Only Seven Indian states have "Vidhan Parishad" are Andhra Pradesh, Bihar, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Telangana, Uttar Pradesh and Jammu & Kashmir ..... it means they have bicamerial legislature both Vidhan Sabha and Vidhan Parishad
