The Houses That Jack Built: a history of bungalow houses in Ireland

I've been interested in the history of Irish bungalow houses for a while now, and every time I hear them talked about in shows or articles, the focus seems to be deliberately inflammatory, focussing on aesthetics and opinion rather than the changes for good that they brought to many Irish people. The story of how they were popularised is never mentioned, so I thought I'd have a crack. Happy St Patrick's Day!
