This shows getting raped or harassed is not the girl fault it's the fault of thode men do does it. Here krishn is basically saying if this happened to you it's not because you it's their mentality, you are pure just because some men touched you you will not become impure, you did nothing so raise your head and don't feel the pain of humiliation.
