    Pretty good basic explanation.
I've installed and programmed around 60 Baldor VFDs in the last few years, from 1/2HP to over 100 HP. They have become my favorite brand, mainly because they're one of the easiest to program.
Even though they come with a programming manual, if you know the terms and have the time, they can be programmed without the manual. Not all drives can, a lot of them don't list the parameters on the screen, just numbers so you need the manual (which often must be purchased separately) in order to program even the basics.
One of the Baldor VFDs I installed 3 years ago is subject to pretty serious abuse and it still runs.
    Highly recommend.

How to said that cost is vary from high speed and lowspeed if you use vfd that can be optimize only speed and torque and how to said that cost efficiency....??

Wait a minute, if A/C power is coming from the mains, all the "regulation" is done in DC then converted back out to A/C? seems kind of unnecessary, if you do all this inverting and capcitance to smooth voltage then it just gets turned back out to A/C? maybe the graphical representations are over simplifying this, but the waves appeared exactly the same.

As silly as it seems, converting between AC to DC then back to AC is actually just a creative manipulation of the electrical current. All of which is way more efficient than alternatives, which include; switching in a resistance circuit to bleed off excess energy and cause a voltage drop, and converting to a different form of energy then back to electricity. (such as mechanical in a Ward-Leonard drive.)
