Andy Wallace mixed this album. Same guy that mixed Nevermind, Rage Against The Machine's first album, At The Drive In - Relationship Of Command and a ton of some of the most amazing sounding stuff ive heard, look up his discography if you haven. Andy Wallace is the GOAT imo.
Very punchy sounding record and personally I like the original version better. I’m not huge on artists going back and re-recording old albums unless it’s completely necessary, for this album I feel it wasn’t but they wanted to do it so who am I to say otherwise.
the album made me want to be a better guitar player, and explore music in new ways...there sound at that time was what i needed to drive what i wanted to do with my life/music .......it changed my life...thank you thrice
Around this point I began getting tired (I’d been typing lyrics for 45 minutes) and the crowds were slowly diminishing. Perhaps I was being assimilated into the regular hustly-bustly of the chat and just shrugged off as “one of those spammers”, so I had my pal Kenny stand on my booth and spin around to attract people because I was (and still am) too poor to afford accessories for my booth. It didn’t attract no one but certainly prevented me from being ignored by the masses
This entire album has some of the greatest guitar/bass riffs ever
And drum beats. And lyrics.
indeeed
This song needs so much more respect
this bassist needs a raise. good god.
@Anthony Martin touche
Idk they went from this to a stronger cup of Nickelback. And that is not something I want to type...
@Anthony Martin lol I was 18 when this album came out, the stuff they do now is just a stronger cup of Nickelback to me. 🤷♂️
@Anthony Martin oh, you're an actual TH-camr, good day mate.
@Anthony Martin I agree!
This album is one of the best mixed and mastered albums of this genre. Forever a favorite of mine.
