A checker board is based on mathematical principles and is not a free flowung, natural shape or design. Content creators should refrain from using buzz words simply for the purpose if attracting likes and views. Other buzz words include "depth" and "dimension". I have never come across any content creators who tried to explain these terms in context. I guess it is because they don't really know the meaning thereof and they only use it because it sounds grand.
