Moist, Spicy and Delicious Gingerbread | Quick and Easy Recipe

Moist, spicy and very delicious Gingerbread. Spices give gingerbread its warm flavouring and treacle and golden syrup are the ingredients that make cake soft and sticky. You'll definitely love it! Enjoy!
Ingredients:
75g/ 6 tbsp butter
115g/ ½ cup soft brown sugar
75g/ ¼ cup golden/light corn syrup
75g/ ¼ cup treacle/molasses
105ml/ 7 tbsp milk, room temperature
1 egg, beaten, room temperature
175g 1 ½ cup plain flour
50g/ ½ cup gram/chick pea flour (or you can substitute with almond flour)
pinch of salt
1 ½ tsp baking powder
2 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Tin size: 21,5cm x 11,5cm
Bake in the oven 160C/325F for about an hour. Leave in the tin for 5 min, then transfer to a wire rack to cool.
