I own homes in two sub $500k (really sub $300k) VB neighborhoods. Grew up in sub $300k VB neighborhoods. The OG neighborhoods in VB aren’t that bad. Yeah we’re blue collar, veterans and retirees, and there might be a pit bull or two in a neighbors yard. Funny thing is I used to think my friends in Kings Grant were so high class 😁 Someday I’ll sell my homes and move out of the jet noise 😂
Hey Sam I think you made a mistake with Brigadoon neighborhood I believe the school district is Tallwood, not Kempsville I lived one neighborhood over right behind Tallwood and the high school sits between these two neighborhoods, I believe Indian River Road is the boundary line
I'm very familiar! I like the spot generally speaking though the prices are now bumping up over $500K and a couple have even closed over $600K, so I didn't necessarily factor that neighborhood in with the others in the under $500K price range! Is that where you live?
What a great video, very informative. I checked out a neighborhood called Christopher Farms recently and loved it. I need to look up the VA beach rec centers, $100 per year is an awesome deal! Thank you
Yes, yes, yes! Love the rec centers, the price is ridiculously low, especially for what you get. And also happy you like Christopher Farms, it's a really underrated neighborhood to me - I think partly because it's a little hidden off the main road so people drive by and don't really notice that it's there.
I'm a fan! I like Salem Woods better (across the street) but that's often a bit more expensive. I like it partially because it's nice with no HOA and it's close to Salem High. The downside I would say is that it's super close to Salem High, lol. Another drawback is that it's in a section that isn't super convenient to an interstate, but that's partially splitting hairs. I like it for the price if you're looking under the $400/$425K range in Salem school district.
I’m thinking about buying a town home in green run but I’ve been hearing bad things about it 🥴
Do you sell homes in fords colony in Williamsburg? That’s where I work full time managing turf for rich people

Back up from the camera a bit my boy. But I love VB!

Nice! Can we get a video of favorite neighborhoods in Newport News?
Are you familiar with the River Oaks subdivision off of Indian River Rd? Where do they fall in your ranking in Virginia Beach?

I love the Virginia Beach area. Are there any homes available there via lease options or subject to ?
How do you feel about coventry?
