  • I have purchased 1" aluminum square tubing to make my own seat risers, instead of purchasing some online premade. I saved a ton of money doing it this way and got a height for the riser that I couldn't find anyone offered. I will ride with this height for a while and see how it works for my needs, if it doesn't I will change it and find something that does.

Thanks for putting this up. I'd like to have the seat a little taller but was dumbfounded by the fact that you can only get 2"+ seat risers for this.

They have worked out great so far. My kids can drive it easily with the 1" risers. And it is still easy enough for older landowners to get in and ride around their properties with me.

I finally had a chance to sit in an xpedition at my local dealership. I found it comfortable . I am 6’1’’ . Maybe the only change I would want is to add a seat cushion to straighten out the back rest. I am use to my can am defender upright seating. Nice idea on the aluminum 👍.

Thanks, I have had them in for a little bit now and done some riding in the timber on our property and on the roads around our area. I am happy with them so far; my kids say they can see better when they are driving it so that's a plus too. I am about 5' 10" ish but I prefer to sit lower, this riser isn't too terribly high. The real test will be in a couple weeks when I have an 83-year-old farmer in my machine, see how it is for him to get in and out, and another friend is 6'6" see how he fits in there with the risers.
