Hello do you know about what types of questions come in interviews of Mckinsey for the clients capabilities network role?
    THANK YOU

The factors in the structure of two layers may result in two identical factors for two different groups. For example, Low income and mid income earners may both be influenced by policies, is it fine to write the same thing for both?

Thank you so much. Your videos are always so insightful.
One clarifying question: If I ask for data questions after time out, then wouldn't it change my approach altogether? How do I incorporate the information in my framework?

With all of those variations and styles, there are more than 1 way to be right. But in my opinion, especially for interviewer-led cases, try to get as much data (of all kinds) as you can before the timeout. Then take the timeout. Then when you are back, you put on one hell of a show! Thank you for the question. Hope this helps^^.

Thanks for this MConsulting Prep. One question please, since the interviewer asks the questions, at what point do you set up your issue tree because that could inform your clarification questions. Do you do it before the timeout?

Great question! Glad you asked! Like I said in the video, we should come in and treat this interviewer-led case just like a candidate-led one. So the formulae stays like this:
      - Get the case key question
      - Announce the intro (mentioning that you will Play back, Clarify, and Announce the case approach; i.e: the next 3 steps)
      - Play back
      - Clarify
      - Announce the case approach (mentioning that you will draw the issue tree just after the timeout)
      - Timeout
      - Then setup the issue tree HERE!
At some point during this process, the interviewer may stop you to force an interviewer-led environment ... Until that happen, follow the above process.^^
      Hope this helps!

@@MConsultingPrep thanks for replying, i thought I was forgotten:). So your case approach is like the buckets you'll be analyzing before going deep into them right?

Approach inconsistent with the question. You made an assumption on what the question should be than the one that was actually expressed. Secure expressed as ST, you however spent all your time exploring LT understanding of historic trends and behaviour as well as future prevention of a riot. That's the next step. Using a political example is also highly charged and should be avoided. I am also surprised at the number of spelling and grammar errors in this video. There appears to be no quality check or attention to detail before signing off on the upload. Pity, your other videos are much stronger.

With a universe of contexts which could be used to explain this subject-matter, you choose racist politics for your example hypothesis? That's a pretty disappointing choice, in my opinion. Maybe you know your audience better than I do, so take this feedback lightly, if so.

Not only that but the protest was at the Capitol not the White House. That is a huge mistake.
