I was going to say this too. I really respect that you talk to the locals and even play with them. You even trusted one of them to hold your camera, you didn't let Moroccan brashness and outspokenness intimidate you - you just saw us as people and I appreciate that.

Trust me I have traveled the world and they are the best to talk to the locals! If anyone's snobs the locals they just insecure and they not knowledgeable on how to interact with the locals.

You are totally right in saying that people tend to fear the unknown and think only about negative sides eventhough the roberries and the crime is only seldome and what is normal is what you experienced both in Fez and in Casablance. Nice work and make more videos. Think of Chefchaoun and Assilah and maybe Tangier as well they superb destinations !

It's a very cool video, I relived my experience in Morocco, it's a very wonderful country! ❤Haha, I relived the moments that I walked in the city of Fes, really an extraordinary place, what I never liked were the traditional bathrooms 😂😂😂😂I love Moroccan food, and the people were so nice and kind❤

Be careful in Fes. It became full of crime the last two years. I suggest avoiding it, but if you insist try to not stand out as a tourist. A local.

    Fez is the occidental Mecca.
Once uoon a time, me and some friends went to Fez, driving motorcyles.
We just want there to see what "ocicdental Mecca" was. We were there to see what is it about, is just a frendship local to see whats life it is about. We loved it.

Great production. I spend each winter in Morocco. This is a great place to purchase hand painted ceramic wash hand basins. Small ones US 15 each. Fez ceramic is safe for travel if well protected as extremely hard. Please exercise caution after dark in Fez and Casablanca and you will love it there.

Yes! Been to Maroc four times and Fez most recently. In the Medina if you could remove the electric lights it would look like life a thousand years ago. Food is great and cheap, beauty everywhere, but the best part are the Moroccans. They're friendly, helpful, smile a lot and love to laugh. Went to Meknes and took a Grand Taxi - that's a big old Mercedes that loads up with 4-6 people and drops you where you want. They kept getting in and getting out and I met the country for about a dollar. Fez is a real place and less touristed than Marrakech. Try to avoid the rainy season- Nov-April and deal with the heat instead. And they like Americans.

Pretty cool video.....it's cool that as young as you are, traveling the world solo AND u saved your own money for it. I wish more young people explored the world and stop believing everything they see/hear about a place they've never visited.
