As someone who is lactose intolerant, I would 100% go Gluten Free. Lactose is everywhere and it is delicious. Gluten is overrated LOL
My in laws all have celiacs. Do you enjoy any mthing that's even quasi bready? I promise you will not enjoy the gluten free versions....
@@jamesdendy6384 this was mostly just a post to have a laugh bc I'd pick lactose when I shouldn't even have it LOL. That said, I've had to make food for folks that have gluten sensitivities, and I've found plenty of things I've enjoyed while experimenting. I'm not as spellbound by gluten based foods as most folks.

If you do your research gluten free isn’t really that bad. There’s gluten free pizza, gluten free breaded chicken nuggets, gluten free waffles and cookies and they all taste just as good
I've had them all...they taste no where near as good. I'd rather just not eat the gluten free versions than be subjected to them again lol

My wife had to do dairy free to breastfeed our first, thus I went dairy free. Man that sucked. Dairy is in soooooo many things that you have no clue. You want chips? They all have dairy. Why do funyuns have dairy? Idk but they do along with everything else that tastes good. 0/10 would not recommend.
