EXCELLENT video! I save all zippers and fabrics, too, and couldn't wrap my head around how to use the metal zippers!! it's a duh moment after watching you put the extra fabric on them and so "A-HA!! Thank you for presenting this video so simply and clearly
I love all your little boxes in storage bags in your weight blanket those are all really very nice and especially wonderful as giving us gifts you do a wonderful job keep up the good work and your friend ellabransford may God continue to bless you and your channel and family.
Again... The BEST tutorial for this triangle bag!! The only note that I have is... At 3:34, the zipper tabs have been topstitched. That part wasn't explained or even mentioned in the video. Its not a necessary step, but I think it should've been included. Even without that tip, this is hands down the best video for a pouch!
Thank you so very much! This looks doable! I also love that you upcycled materials. You made me think of many possible items that could be used as embellishments.
Thanks for explaining, step by step, how to make these fabulous triangle bags! So neat, and no raw edges in the lining either. I am now a fan, and am making some for presents, lovely!
I just love your videos Laura. You can make the most complicated looking pattern easy by the way you break it down into steps. I am always amazed at your ideas and just love watching. Great job and Thanks for sharing.
Loved this easy d.i.y project. Being able to use up left over pieces of fabric from other projects ......❤️ Thank you for sharing........your instructions make it easy to follow... Nice quick projects. I am going to cut a pile at one time....tab all the zippers and just have fun matching them up as I go. I work with lots of leather projects and this will be an ideal way to use the “ scraps” up. ❤️🌹❤️
Thank you Laura for another fun and helpful tutorial! Last fall l made a number of similar bags for my granddaughter and some other girls... they love 💕 to use them as tents/homes/etc for their favorite small toys like shopkins and so many other little play people. l used polyester type zips but now thanks to you and your great tutorial I will now be confident enough to dig into my stash of flashy metal zippers!
I love your awesome projects. I made your body pillows a couple of years ago for Christmas presents and they were loved by all who received them. I think a set of these in 3 different sizes would make a nice gift as well. Thank you for sharing!
Hi Laura - great idea for using scraps and old zippers - these zippers often have much more character and interest than new zips. As always, your instruction are very precise and easy to follow. This would make a great holiday gift for sewists (of which there are several in my family). thanks so much!
I’ve just followed your tutorial and made this using a pair of jeans that were destined for the rag bag and some bits and bobs I had lying around. It’s not technically perfect but it was a fun beginners project. I’m going to use it to store my wonder clips. Now I’m going to find another project that doesn’t involve zips hahaa I forgot how tricky they are!!!!!
Triangular pouch... Very well explained and clearly shown !! Thanks Madam. The Videographer has done a great job too !! Iam going to stitch one soon !!
Excellent video! Love these bags ...your pace is perfect and I love your enthusiasm...will definitely watch more of your videos now that I ‘found’ you!
I love the sour cream box they are so cute and I am so glad you did this vid. I have a few of these in small size but the lining is not the way I like it and this is so much better. Thank you for sharing.
Laura, yet again, I love this bag.... bags are my happy sewing... I have several projects to make for orders by holiday... but this is going on the must do list..... Have a GREAT Thanksgiving.... Kiss, Mr. P
Thank you so much for this video, Laura!! I was just going to go to TH-cam to find the pattern for this exact triangle bag. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving and be blessed!! You are a terrific teacher.
* * * @warialdasue... Don't forget to send me one. . . (grin) * * * Fabulous demo, Laura... I love this pattern much better than the simpler version... I'm making one tonight... (grin) * * * I'd share a picture or two... but TH-cam isn't that way... (sigh) * * * Until that time. . .
I made small triangle purses with instructions by Craft Passion. It would be nice to make your larger version to hold sewing, knitting items. Great tutorial. Thanks.
Hi Laura! Love all your tutorials! I have learned sew very much from you. Quick question though, why do you only top stitch the top of the bag and not the lining with it? Does this make it easier to sew the bag together in your next step? I have always top stitched both layers and I do seem to have trouble lining up my edges so they match. Is this why?
Laura - your tutorials are so informative and well presented! Just watched your rotary cutter zig-zag blade today, and I’m ready to give mine another chance. (I was ready to pitch this blade until I watched!)
My picture is always great. Check your playback settings. You may have it set to play on low resolution. You might also examine how you phrase things when you comment. It came across very rude. Remember, she is doing these videos for all of us FREE of charge.

So cute! I was wondering where I could some zippers I have had forever....lol. thank you!
Thanks. Very nicely explained.
I love this method as it means I won’t have a visible unfinished seam in the lining unlike the triangle method 😊
Magnífico trabalho Parabéns ameiiiii.😘😘😘😘👏👏👏👏❤️🙏🙏🙏
Clever twist to create shape, yet I think it would be easier to hold n use if it had a wrist strap. Nice recycle of leftovers.
Thank you for this great video
Love that and I am going to make some of those, thank you so much and have a very blessed day
Big thank you, have been wondering how I can make it using lining

Heather Stewart ... My picture quality is great. Maybe it's your device.
I watch on a Samsung Galaxy, and sometimes stream to my television, I always have great picture.
My picture is perfect there is no need to be rude.
