DELICIOUS HOMEMADE SWEET CHILI SAUCE

This popular Asian sauce or dip is a perfect mix of spicy and sweet with a hint of tanginess. It makes everything taste better! Make it at home using this quick and simple recipe so you never run out of it!
INGREDIENTS:
1 big red bell pepper or any mild/sweet red pepper, seeds removed
1 or 2 Bird’eye chili or chili flakes
1 small yellow onion
6 cloves garlic
2 cups water
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tbsp Salt
1 cup sugar
2 Tbsp potato starch/ corn starch
2 Tbsp water
