WE “Hien Hoa Anh” are now third generation and continue in the Ceramic Business that was founded by our Grandparents. They crafted a living by making rice bowls and small vases. From the past to the present, we have remained a strong player in the worldwide ceramic industry. We keep intact The Beautiful Ceramic kiln that our ancestors left us.

Products have been exported to many countries around the world such as Japan, Korea, EU, Australia, America, etc.….
Every worker not only has much experience and high skills to make beautiful pottery but also puts their emotions and soul into the products. The main raw materials for making ceramics are the Best Clay and Kaolin.
The clay after being mined is often very hard so it needs to be soaked and refined then The Worker shapes it into the mold. After Shaping and Refining, the Pottery is left to dry naturally, possibly take some days to some weeks depending on the season, the size and thickness of products. Currently, Pottery loses moisture slowly-which helps prevent cracking, reduces the risk of warping. Then take it covered with Glaze.
Pottery is fired in a traditional wood or Gas fire kiln. The kiln is gradually heated to temperatures between 800 to 1200 degrees Celsius, depending on the type of Clay and the desired finish. The firing process can take a few days and last up to 10 days. This process is performed on hard ground and creates the final color and texture of Pottery.
The Pottery production process is a complex artistic formula that combines traditional techniques with modern innovations. From raw material selection, kneading, shaping, dry tempering and firing to quality control and finishing, each stage requires meticulous attention and high skill. This careful technical production process and display create artistic products that express profound cultural beauty.
