Only because I get asked this a lot. The speaker considers himself a Muslim first and foremost. But if you want to know the ideology he adheres to, it is the Shia Ithna-'Ashari sect, also called the Ja'fari sect (12 Imams) school of thought in Islam.

Yr relating abt Moosa Allaihissalaam and the Magicians... The superficial is valid, but the allogorical meaning is much deeper and more exhilarating!

The after life model in the Quran is totally different to the Biblical after life that the Muslims also adopted ( ignorantly and most unfortunately) but that was written destiny.
