Or maybe in this case the service intervals were simply violated and the oil level dropped, which was not noticed in time? I am just interested to understand whether this is a systemic problem or caused by the specific operation of a particular engine.
@@caldinovodi am not particularly sure , however the DLC coating on the piston are also worn out which indicates uneven lubrication from the oil squirters. Its quite common the see these scratches on the AT. however it does not compromise the cylinder’s compression significantly.
What was the reason for rebuild?
Probably it was lack of oil
