Well, well. I've been to Bali twice, on my way from and back to Australia. Nearly 50 years ago so don't remember that much. Lovely people. Did hire a couple of motorbikes using toetector flipflops. Second time I caught a wave in my mouth while chatting in the sea. Coughed and lost my palette of two front teeth. Nearly drowned myself trying to find them in the surf. Spent another few months in Indonesia toothless. Happy memories.
Thanks Tom aye Bali is one of my favourite places. The people are amazing but scenery is out of this world especially in the centre and North of the island 👍
Spent time in Bali about 30 years ago. Rented a small 4WD and drove from Kuta up the east coast to Lovina Beach before heading south towards Ubud and finally back to Denpasar and Kuta. Fantastic people and a beautiful island. A few nights on the arak slowed the journey down a day or two.
Thanks Ian it's a nice part of the world for sure. Aye ma plan was to tour and video the entire island infact I was planning on Sumatra and Java as well. Someday eh 👍
I did enjoy this one as it was very interesting so gave you a thumbs up but I don't know about the other 100 who didn't??? Its plenty good enough for a first attempt and a massive lot better than I could do. I have also seen a hell of a lot worse from some bikers.
