As a Systems Administrator I encourage a lot of you to pay close attention to what he is saying and doing, this was an excellent breakdown of how to setup a DC and and use Active Directory, the RSAT was also very important to know unless you want to be logging into the server directly which is not necessary and most companies wont allow you to do so anyway, they will likely require you use RSAT. I'll admit i was a little irritated that she put the IP in the static line but things happen, making a mistake like that in the job field however will not be looked at without a frown and it also showed she was not paying close attention, also problematic. That is basic DC knowledge and it is key when being interviewed. With all of that being said this video is great, ill be passing this down to new learners. It will save me hours of demonstrating.

Hello community, i have started my internship recently as Helpdesk IT support at a company called Access to Finance Rwanda (a financial organization made by around 30 employees ) in a near-future our company is buying new machines but i don't know how to manage these machines and users in active directory?
Thanks a bunch for such an informative video. It was very entertaining and closed some gaps of understanding in Active Directory from a help desk perspective instead of a sysadmin in a lab, like the actions between Workgroup users and DCs. Thank you.
This was the best detailed and informative informational videos I have ever seen. Worth the time and effort. I would like to join this training. Please show me how.
At the 38 minute mark when you told them to ask questions and it went silent I was in shock because I have so many. What are the top 10 things you think somebody should learn who is trying to land a job as a sysadmin or a support role at the very least? I eventually want to get into pentesting, but just want to get my foot in the door for now.
The question is next: All these computers that join to a Domain Controler must be connected via cable to a switch or this connection can be made wirelessly. For example, I have a domain controller created in a virtual environment on a laptop and also I have my Windows virtualized when I try to connect the windows to the domain is said that the Domain is Not correct. What should I do? should I create a group policy for WIFI connection? Thank you.
as far as I can remember, the laptop connected to your domain must be 1 IP range with your AD server, otherwise, they can't connect to each other. It doesn't matter if you using the LAN or Wifi, as long as they are in 1 group of IP private range, they can connect to each other.

However I did get a formal education many years ago in Management Informations Systems but this did not prepare me for this interview. What I learned from you today is way more then I learned in college as far as the real world goes. I need more! What else do I need to know?
Thank you, we have a lot of resources to prepare you for interview from interview questions to mock interviews and more, first you can check playlist, I have playlist for interviews and you should join the community where we have specific sections for interviews discord.com/invite/bAxDffN
How’d the interview go?
Great content! But I had a good laugh when one of the participants asked what kind of man changes his last name 😂😂😂🤣🤣
Thank you for putting up this kind of information! Now a subscriber!
it is eye opening for beginners as to me , huge thanks !
Great job guys. This course is very informative and interactive. I really like how you incorporate real-world scenarios into the training. It is a shame, however, how most of the class seemed to take this for granted.
Fantastic environment especially the change of last name part was funny 😂
OMG! I just came across your video today in complete dispair ! You nailed it within the first 4 minutes of your video!! I am at a complete loss! 😩
I'm just trying to learn as much as I can on my own, but I don't know if it will even make a difference or not.
Yes you can do it, I recommend you join our discord channel meet other women in tech, we have a very active community. Just give it a try and don't give up
Here is the link to join: discord.com/invite/bAxDffN
You need to disable first sign-in animation in your group policy settings, this helps users profile load fast. Overall great video though, keep up the good work.
This is what I have been looking for. I would love to join more IT classes from beginner to advanced (sysadmin) level. Thank you!
Thank You... I got a certification but no real specialized training to land a job.
oh man I recognize that office at 11:30 lol. TesOut uses that in their models.
Lol yes we use it in our programs:)
Wow, this was really informative. I wish I had you as a teacher years ago. Thanks for doing this!
It's never late, we all learn from each other, i am sure my other videos will help as well Thanks

Thank you. I got my confidence boosted for the upcoming interview. keep it up!
Good luck :) you got this
This is a damn good lecture. Wow. It has really helped me prepare for my upcoming role that will require Active Directory knowledge.
did u get it?
@@uttamdhakal7161 The job role? Yes. Started beginning of last week. We haven't done much with Active Directory just yet since there is a refresh project we are working on. But as soon as that is done then we will be working with Active Directory. Exciting stuff.
@@fostex437 congrats man
Best wishes
Hello community, i have started my internship recently as Helpdesk IT support at a company called Access to Finance Rwanda (a financial organization made by around 30 employees ) in a near-future our company is buying new machines but i don't know how to manage these machines and users in active directory?
Thanks a bunch for such an informative video. It was very entertaining and closed some gaps of understanding in Active Directory from a help desk perspective instead of a sysadmin in a lab, like the actions between Workgroup users and DCs. Thank you.
GREAT Video I really learned.
just awesome video to understand everything in real and practically😍🤩
Great course. I look forward to others you put on TH-cam. Simple with great examples. Couldn't ask for more.
Your method training is the best, this is great...I enjoyed every bit of it
Many thanks
Amazing, this video relates so much to my present day situation...thanks saved tons
Thank you so much for this great tutorial. I couldn't find the virtual lab for Active Directory. Would you please share the link?
The video was very helpful, I am an L1 support for Windows and this was very helpful. Thank you. Can I know the link for part 2? Thanks in advance.
THANK YOU! THIS HELPS ME AS HELPDESK!
This was the best detailed and informative informational videos I have ever seen. Worth the time and effort. I would like to join this training. Please show me how.
Hello, please check the description or jobskillshare.org thanks
This helped me a lot, thanks!
Glad I got random recommendations from TH-cam. I want to gain more knowledge on Folder redirections. Can you make one??
I found your presenting really clear, thank you.
Thanks! You use practical language and you’re very patient! Liked and subbed
This is a great video👏
The question is next:
All these computers that join to a Domain Controler must be connected via cable to a switch or this connection can be made wirelessly.
Hello! Where is the beginning on this session for day one at? I’m new to help desk
Here to learn just in case for my interview with a reputable company. Praying I get the role!
Wish you all the best, check our playlist for interview preparations it will help. You got this
