I bought a similar style dress at what we in Scotland call charity shops. Took it home and found it was too big. I was going to re donate it, but I’ll try this instead.

Hi Lynda! Thanks for writing! You’ll find that this is a very easy alteration and you can’t lose if you stitch and don’t cut (as the video suggests). Try it on to check, as you go to make any adjustments along the way. Then cut if you want to. And wow you are the first person from Scotland to write! How good is that!!
