I can't even express how sad I am.
Dr. McDougall changed my life. Probably saved my life.
I will never forget the day I picked up the Starch Solution book and immediately felt connected to the man from Michigan...
My family teased me because of how often I would say "Dr. McDougall says..."
Once I found him, I couldn't stop consuming his books, lectures & TH-cam vids.
He was my biggest inspiriation & teacher and I will be forever grateful for his work.
Thank you Dr. McDougall. You don't even know how many lives you've changed.

I am looking to move next year, and I think I settled on Boise, Idaho. They have a Winco in that area, so it’s fun to watch you shop there. I currently live in KC and am just looking forward to a change with more veg friendly options.
