Never heard of wellness shots, so it's just a bit of fresh juice with some spices added? Is it more beneficial than putting the spices in something like soup? Thank you for sharing

I am just starting today, and I am getting ready to eat my black so I don't waste food 😋. I like sweets, so I eat baked sweet potatoes with my meal and my green vegetables. I ate a small raw salad 🥗 first. I was watching Gustavo Toloso TH-cam channel and said to eat the 🥗 salad and vegetables first. The wet foods so it will fill us up so we don't eat too much potatoes .I am going to try doing it for 7 days. Thank you so much for sharing your experience. I appreciate your video. ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Looks great. Suggestion: use pine pellets, also cuts smells way down from how regular litter smells. Miam Fl. $9.98/40lb. Feed store (actually horse stall litter). Also sold as cat litter pellets
