At 17:32 you copy paste on R3 to remove config and didn't change Ip in your commmand "no xconnect 3.3.3.3 encapsulation mpls". it supposed to be no xconnect 1.1.1.1 encapsulation mpls. Did it over when you enter xconnect command next time?
Do you have GNS3 topology for above?

PW comes up as soon as you exit the "config-if-xconn" mode

Hello! I have a problem. When I type the xconnect command I get the following error: "Incompatible with ip address.. ... - command rejected". I don't know why...

So, an xconnect is basically a GRE Tunnel right? As far as concept goes.

Regarding the P2P nature, that's about it. It has nothing to do with GRE. You'll see that as well when we dig into MPLS Traffic Engineering. R3 and R1 form a targeted LDP session with each other and the allocated labels are what allow R6's VRFs to communicate with each other. That's why I did the wireshark capture to prove it was MPLS switching the traffic in the SP core and not something else, like GRE.

You don't have to worry about my server running out of resources. It's a Dell Poweredge R420 with 192 GB RAM and SSD HDDs.

Good to know, however like I stated, most people don't have powerful home labs, so I take that into consideration when building labs.
