She is not called Brittney Slayes for no Reason......feast yourself on "Tonight we Ride" from UTA....and then listen to the complete Apex Album (where this gem of a track is originating from)...it is just GREAT. One of the criminally underrated Bands....

The drummer Scott, is great. In this song you can see him use a unusual double bass drum style. Most double bass you hear is they hit the peddles in sequence, ie... Left, Right, Left, Right. Here Scott is hitting each twice before changing, ie... Left, Left, Right, Right. Love their music en masse, AlLL of their tracks rock. I see the other comments and agree, I would say the song/video that got them signed should be next, also you get to hear Brittney Slayes (Lead Vocalist and long time girlfriend of drummer Scott) hit A5's like no prob... "Tonight We Ride"

UTA is a rabbit hole of incredible power metal ! One of my favorite bands of all times.
If you want another fun video from them, I like the one for the song "Abyss". It really shows off their sense of humor.
HIGHLY recommend checking out the rest of the songs on the apex album and the abyss album, reaction or not. These 2 albums are concept albums that tell an epic story of an immortal being being awakened (hence the first song on the album being awakening) by a powerful witch to hunt down her sons so she can perform a blood ritual to gain eternal life and power. The first album has more medieval themes and abyss is like a scifi epic having taken place way in the future when the immortal awakens again. Fantastic set of albums that tell an amazing story.

Welcome to the power metal subgenre! It makes me want to sprint, charge into battle on a galloping horse, and then... yeah, tea time, for sure!
The guitarist for Pink Floyd, David Gilmour, plays slowly for a famous guitarist but has amazing depth and versatility to his sound. UTA doesn't hit me in the feels like that, but the stamina is unreal!
For more amazing guitar, you should definitely know Van Halen and Jimi Hendrix.
Oh, also the King of Surf Rock, Dick Dale, who performed Misirlou as featured in the movie Pulp Fiction, and the track Pump It by the Black Eyed Peas. Dick Dale was one of the earliest pioneers in the electric guitar world and first to make it popular.
Yeah, if guitar playing was an Olympic sport, David Gilmour would be nowhere to be found, because he's not about playing as many notes as fast as possible. But in my book, he's the best ever, because of the emotion he brings. This super-fast style is impressive, but you can't really even compare the two different styles. It's just whatever the listener prefers.
Regarding amazing guitarists, I would add Stevie Ray Vaughan!

Welcome to the wonderful audio world of UtA! Brittney Slayes (and slay she does!) really brings her A-game every time. Scott, the drummer, is using an impressive doubletap instead of alternating feet; he's very very good. Grant is the guitarist doing harsh vocals; he really does have fun with it and is pretty cool all around... you can see it in his Twitch streams. Andrew is the other guitarist & also streams on Twitch. The bassist you see here (who does a really sick plucking note at the end of the solo) isn't with the band anymore; they now have Nick. You should check out Tonight We Ride, Cleanse The Bloodlines, General Of The Dark Army, and Northwest Passage for some of their classic epic sound, Abyss from their newest album for something slightly different but just as amazing, and Faster Than Light for a good song with a funny video.
