There is a version of this same js hello 3+ watch with 1:1 box and apple logo, i think that is the best one instead of this

Be careful with this update, I did it this morning and now the watch is just in a restart loop can't do anything with it so I wouldn't update just yet.

Restore it using its app and it will fix ur issue

To be able to do that it would have to connect with the app but because it was stuck in a reboot loop it couldn't connect so that option wasn't available.
