Correct: according to the vendor the new hello watch 3+ 2024 has 1 gigaByte which is equivalent to 8 gigaBITs.. this watch is significantly better spec wise.

Android obviously gonna drain battery alot faster, bluetooth watch last longer. But dont fool yourself, hello watch 3+ have longer battery life simply because the cpu and screen is worst. You just trading the laggy performance with better battery life. HK9 ultra 2 max have better cpu and better screen but lower battery life which is obvious since its consume more power.
