I am following your channel since almost 2 years and this is one of the nicest you showed so far - and without any doubts the nicest in that price range!!!!❤
Nice one - first wanted to 'complain' - "no dishwasher" - but it was there and just hidden ;-). Just don't wanna be a maid in this small "maid storage room" haha.
Glad to hear you on the dishwasher :) It’s always nice when hidden features reveal themselves throughout the video. And I hear you on the “maid storage room”-we’re always looking for ways to improve our designs and make every space as comfortable as possible. Thanks for the feedback and the humor, it’s much appreciated!
I’m 58 hoping to end the rat race by 60 with above $1M. I know money is a liability to be exchanged for assets with real value like real estate (properties for rent) stocks (dividends) bonds (interest) But, what is it with bitcoin? I hear a lot about it and I'd love to diversify.
I have to say that this is a very nice home. I would love to live here, and it pretty much meets all my requirements. But, in my recent research, I have been told that as an expat I am not allowed to own the land that the house sits on! Is this true ? I have been told that a Thai person can only own the land. As a single person, how in the world would I be able to get this house? Can someone lead me in the right direction to the answer to this question ? Thanks !
Thank you for your kind words about the home. You’re right; Thai law restricts foreign ownership of land. However, there are several ways you can still own a property in Thailand: 1. Leasehold: You can lease the land for up to 30 years, with an option to renew. 2. Company Ownership: You can set up a Thai company with majority Thai ownership, which can own the land. 3. Thai Spouse: If you’re married to a Thai national, they can own the land, and you can have a long-term lease or usufruct on the property.
I LOVE THE POOL. Too bad there is no covered terrace area. During raining season, you can't go outside at all. The kitchen area is perfect. The sofa is on another level: Luxurious. The accented walls are cool. Me like.
Thank you for your kind words! I’m glad you love the pool and the other features. For the covered terrace area, a sun sail could be installed to provide cover during the rainy season, making it possible to enjoy the outdoor space year-round. If you have any more questions or suggestions, feel free to let us know!
I’m impressed

bitcoin does not pay any yield but will reward you with growth that you can't find in any other asset class
Dorian has kept me focused in this space for 2 years now. Keep it up mate!
extremely smart Lady. Dorian is always positive, always contributing to the community. We owe you big time. Thank you
looks like theses places could rent for approximately $2200USD per month. based on a 6% return divided by 12 months. Is that correct?
Yes that could be a realistic rental return. For more questions, please feel free to reach out to us!

you can buy the house, and lease the land or buy via a company (or on your Thai spouse/partner if applicable).
