Thanks David, I’m starting glute exercise mainly for my knees, I’m happy to know they’ll also help my hips. I didn’t realise strengthening the glutes had so many benefits. I’ve been working on my quads, I might add the quad exercises are easier to do the glutes. I have frequent pain in the glutes, due to fibromyalgia, so it will be interesting to see how I go.
