I'm equally shocked by Liu Yuning's versatility! It definitely helps that he's eye candy 😍Looking forward to more songs from him.
Among the other things mentioned, he also livestreams and he's hilarious. There are some clips with fan translations available on youtube. He used to livestream several times a week for hours at a time but less now since he's busy with other projects, but he definitely has the gift of the gab. His streams have pulled in like 30-50 million views. Livestreaming was actually how he got his chance to enter the music and acting industry. One of the songs he sang on livestream went viral on weibo or douyin. He used to get looked down on for being an internet celebrity with no formal training (the Chinese entertainment space can be very classist) but much less so now since the talent is undeniable especially as a singer.
Da Zhangwei is a well-known and well respected senior artist in the Chinese music industry! He is actually a better known songwriter and has many popular songs under his belt. He was already very famous when Liu Yuning debuted but they instantly clicked and have been best of friends ever since! Da Zhangwei has been incredibly supportive in Liu Yuning's career and often recommends him to directors/producers/songwriters and has helped him get into big music events and galas 🥰

Liu Yuning has one of the most versatile voices, and sings anything from rock to pop to ballads to traditional style music. He has sung nearly 200 soundtracks for Chinese television shows of all varying music genres!!

Liu Yuning is actually very very tall, he stands at over 190cm! And he's also actually very insecure about his appearance 🥹 so he doesn't believe at all that he's good looking.
