I didn't get the end cap for the front wheel. I looked through the boxes but the wheel was set loosely in the box. What a pain in the @$$ it's been to deal with this company. Never again
I was planning on pulling the trigger on this bike, but after seeing all the negative reviews, it seems as thought you should pay the extra money and get better support. Damn. That sucks, because the bike looks awesome.
That one piece stem/bar really kills the whole bike for me. I guess they make choices like this to get weight under 50 lbs., but in my opinion, I don't trust that setup on steeps and biggish drops. Also have to laugh at how he weights the bike to set sag, LOL 🤣
Couldn't agree more. I have seriously been looking at this bike and the fixed stem/handlebar aspect has me disenchanted. I guess you can change them out but now you're deeper into your wallet, and it makes me question the bike in general/as a whole. The stem/handlebar combo is total amateur hour for me. Interestingly enough, the next build level down i.e. the CF9 has a separate stem and handlebar...?? Bizarre. Being able to dial in your bike's fit via rotating the handlebars, stem, steer tube spacers, etc. is one of the more important features on a bike, imo, and this offers virtually no customization in an area where it is fundamental in the MTB industry... Hope to hear back from you as I had a couple other comments as well after visiting their HQ here in the US....

@@gainknowledgeandinsight I have patience problems. My Spectral 7 is the best ever. It's not just pretty it's quality through Edit; they have the best reviews of all bike companies I checked by far

Just received my order and the front wheel has lateral movement when clamped in place which might indicate loose bearings. Is this right?

I started to hate this brand after charging me €600 for shipping a bike to Cyprus. Most other brands from Germany only charge €100
They make no money on shipping. This has to be the shipping company who decided to charge you that for X or Y reason.
