You may be able to burn plastic by itself to produce the flame. It would be very dirty, but in a controlled environment, a dirty fire is not a problem. Good English!
Good thing about indian-pressure cooker is the pressure-nozzle-valve. Plus-one to pneumatic-tools nozzle so that besides trapping and filtering and forensics pollutants from water, can pressure-air-valve-nozzle air-steam wall.

It's far more profitable to use the plastic as the heat source at this current point. I think I've heard of it being used for electricity generation in some places but from what I can see online no startups have been able to profitably bring it to scale
I am thinking that the octane of the fuel has to be high enough to not cause excessive misfires in modern vehicles. One can raise the octane of the petrol like fluid by adding water or methanol. Methanol can be distilled from wood and plants. Also, it may be possible to raise the octane of the fluid by distilling the fluid multiple times.
Burning the fuel to melt plastic to give low grade plastic hydrocarbon that has got contaminated products in it which you can't use in a car is fairly silly.

It cools the vapor in the tube down so it turns liquid faster.

At this point you'd have fuel oil. Further distillation would be needed for diesel, kerosene, gasoline, etc
