Be careful, during the decomposition of water hydrogen and oxygen are released. these 2 gases mixed if they ignite due to a backfire you could get very hurt.

For this process you will need a radio wave of 13.56 Mhz. This process is called "burning salt water" search in you tube to learn about it , it was discovered accidentally and the U.S navy is experimenting with it.
